How to Make Your Image Selections in Pixieset

Hi there!
If you’ve landed on this page, it means you’ve received your beautiful photo gallery—yay! ✨ Now it’s time to make your selections so I can begin the next steps, whether that’s editing your final images, creating an album, or sending your high-resolution downloads.

I use Pixieset to deliver your images in a clean, easy-to-navigate online gallery. To help you out, here’s a quick step-by-step guide on how to make your selections directly within the gallery.

Step-by-Step Guide to Making Selections in Pixieset

1. Open Your Gallery

Click on the link I shared with you. Your gallery will open in your web browser, and you’ll see all your photos beautifully laid out.

2. Create a Favorites List

To start selecting your favorite images:

  • Hover over a photo and click the heart icon ❤️ that appears.

  • If it’s your first time, Pixieset will ask you to enter your email address. This is just so your selection list can be saved and linked to you—it won’t be used for anything else.

3. Add Photos to Favorites

Click the heart on every photo you love and want to include in your selection. You can also:

  • View an image in full-screen and then click the heart icon at the top.

  • Switch between grid view and single image view as you browse.

4. View or Edit Your Selection

Once you’ve favorited all your selections:

  • Click on the heart icon in the top right corner of the gallery (on desktop) or bottom right (on mobile).

  • You’ll see your Favorites list. From here, you can review, remove, or add more images.

5. Send Me Your Favorites

When you’re happy with your selection:

  • Go into your Favorites list.

  • Click the “Share Favorites” button.

  • Type a quick note if you like, and hit Send.
This will notify me of your selected images so I can begin working with them.

A Few Tips

  • You can create multiple favorite lists, but if I’ve asked you to select a specific number of images, please use just one list and title it clearly (e.g., “Final Selections”).

  • If you're unsure how many photos to select, refer to the instructions I provided when sending your gallery, or just ask me!

  • You can access the gallery and your favorites list from any device, so feel free to switch between phone, tablet, or computer.
